Hi, Dan ~ loved the post and I agree entirely.
My morning ritual is15 minutes meditation, 40 minutes exercise, shower, dress for the day, breakfast and inspirational reading, currently Infinite Self by Stuart Wilde, and then I switch on my computer to start the day’s key actions.
I know what these are because the evening before I have identified them in my evening ritual. That ritual is: write three things I feel gratitude for, plan my five key work goals for tomorrow, and spend 15 minutes of stillness before bed.
Like you, when I stick to both the impact is spectacular. Sticking to both, however, requires great discipline and, sometimes, I sadly lack in that department! However, I’m working on it!
Have a brilliant week ahead!

Thanks, John. I like that you don’t even turn on your computer until your self-care and reading is done. Like you, I sometimes slip, but I keep coming back.
