The Leading Dimensions Profile is a 95-item survey, based on a multi-dimensional framework that measures two primary motivational factors and ten supporting behavioral characteristics (referred to as dimensions).
For a Limited Time the LDP is offered complimentary to new clients.
The two primary factors include:
- Achievement Drive, which describes a persons’s approach to tasks and goals
- Relational Drive, which describes a person’s approach to people and relationships.
These two factors, are presented on the widely-used 2×2 grid format, describing an individual based on one of four unique personality styles:
- Consultative Counselor
- Adaptive Coach
- Directive Driver
- Contemplative Advisor
In addition, the LDP measures ten behavioral dimensions which help to explain how the person most likely carries out their style. These dimensions interact to reveal the unique style with which a person most likely influences others. This influence can be seen in everyday activities such as leading, communicating, selling, managing.

Leading Style Guide – This is a 52 page report which describes an individual’s leadership traits. This report helps the individual identify their natural leadership style and creates awareness about how to leverage their strengths. It also helps identify development opportunities for becoming a better leader and team member.
Leading Interactions Summary – If the Leading Style Guide describes the ‘Style’ or ‘Approach’ leaders tend to use, theLeading Interactions Summary provides specific insight into the interactions between leaders and their team members. So, think of the ‘Styles’ as the “30,000 foot view”, and the Leading Interactions as the “street level snapshot”.
Leading Activities Summary – Leaders understand that some tasks and leadership activities seem to come naturally, while other activities and tasks call for a “stretch.” Leaders face diverse demands, from inspiring followers, to leading change, to enforcing operational norms. This three page report identifies and summaries the activities that come naturally, and those that will call for a “stretch.”
The report focuses on two kinds of activities:
(1) Achieving Activities – describe how you approach task-related (“achieving”) activities.
(2) Relating Activities – describe how you approach people-related (“relating”) activities.
Personal Style Report – This 7 page report represents the industry standard in Personality Profiling. This report is visual, written in plain language, and easily understood and debriefed without any formal training in psychology (as are all the reports).
