Listen To Classes And Podcasts
- Listen to the right kind of podcasts. If you like learning about personal growth and personal-development, there are many podcasts on this topic. But it might not be worth your time if you don’t have time for a long podcast.
- Listen to podcasts that are relevant to your life. The more relevant a podcast is to your life, the more likely it will affect you positively.
- Listen to podcasts that are interesting or educational (or both). As with all forms of media, there’s plenty of bad stuff out there—but if something can combine being educational with also being entertaining or even just relaxing and enjoyable, then it’s likely going to be worth your while in terms of self-improvement ideas.
- Listen to motivational podcasts that will make you think about how motivated you want yourself and others around them to become through listening – these kinds of people tend to volunteer work or community service projects because they want others around them to get involved too!
